Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable with your booking. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation by Client

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your confirmed consultation slot. Requests within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund as the slot is reserved for you.

Refunds

If a paid consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the fee is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternate slot or a full refund.
